Vehicles new or used within 7 years of age, special vehicle category such as vintage or classic cars.

Our warranty covers

AutoFinesse detailing warranty on ceramic coating covers car exterior paint, and certain surfaces that the coating can be applied on, if damage occurs from contamination’s such as environmental dust, tree sap, bird droppings, environmental chemical, bugs and tar. AutoFinesse detailing will assess the damage, and the customer needs to meet our warranty guidelines.

Period of cover

AutoFinesse detailing provides a 3 – 5 or 9 year warranty, depending on the package selected on our ceramic coating. In order to cover this warranty, customers need to agree to have an inspection done after every 6 months from the initial day of application. If a customer doesn’t meet our 6 month inspection time, then warranty period will be limit to 1 year only. After one year the warranty period will be terminated.

  • The vehicles must be registered for road use only.
  • Warranty cover starts on the day the invoice is issued.
  • In unfortunate events such as an accident the vehicle will need reapplication of the ceramic coating within 30 days. The owner of the vehicle is held liable to pay for a reapplication of the ceramic coating to affected panel(s). It is the vehicles owner’s responsibility to claim that money from their insurance company. Failure to do a reapplication will void the total warranty for the remaining time.
  • It is important to maintain the warranty period, vehicle owner must wash their vehicle or get their vehicle washed on a regular bases to avoid contamination build up.
  • Every 6 months, inspection is required to maintain warranty which will include washing exterior and decontamination.
  • Every 6 months, inspection price will be determined before AutoFinesse detailing washes the vehicle. Quote will be passed on to the owner.

Will not cover

  • Vehicle washed with poor methods such as manual car wash, hand car wash, brushes or automatic wash will void the warranty.
  • Poor maintained exterior of the vehicle will void the warranty.
  • Swirl marks, holograms, marring and scratches, stone chips, hard water marks.
  • Damage caused by hail storms, accidents, natural diastases or accident damage which has been fixed with repainting, the panel will not be covered under warranty.
  • Failure undergo every 6 months inspection will void the warranty from 5 years or 9 years to 1 year.

AutoFinesse detailing 12 month warranty on paint protection.

In order for a 12 month paint protection to lasts its full life, various care methods should be taken to prevent removing the paint protection :

  • Use a PH balanced car shampoo.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals on vehicle.

We will not cover

  • Vehicle washed with poor methods such as manual car wash, hand car wash, brushes or automatic wash will void the warranty.
  • Poor maintained exterior of the vehicle will void the warranty.
  • Swirl marks, holograms, marring and scratches, stone chips, hard water marks.
  • Damage caused by hail storms, accidents, natural disasters or accident damage which has been fixed with repainting, the panel will not be covered under warranty.
  • Failure to take 6 months inspection will void the warranty to 1 year.
